3. Returns and Exchanges Policy
3.1 Returns
We do not accept returns unless the order cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of available products. If the item you ordered is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we will notify you, and a return will be processed.
3.2 Exchanges and Reprints
If there is an issue with the order you received, such as print quality problems, damaged products, or broken items, we will offer exchanges for or reprints of the same product you ordered.
3.3 Requesting Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery of the product. Requests made after this period will not be honored.
3.4 Proof of Damage or Quality Issues
If the product has noticeable damage or poor quality, it is imperative that a proof (such as photographs and or videos) is provided so that the issue can be handled as quickly and proficiently as possible.
